Dental surgery
Extractions without drama, with a complete plan.
When a tooth can't be saved, extraction is the best option. We do it with modern technique, effective anesthesia and the next step already planned.
A dental extraction isn't always the first resort — but sometimes it's the best clinical decision: severely damaged teeth, infections that don't respond to treatment, orthodontics that require it, or problematic wisdom teeth. At Nüve we honestly evaluate whether extraction is truly necessary, and if it is, we explain the procedure, the replacement plan (if applicable) and the whole path before starting.
What sets us apart
Before extracting, we evaluate
If the tooth can be saved with root canal or restoration, we tell you. We only extract when it's the best option.
Modern anesthesia
We work with effective protocols. Most patients report a pain-free procedure during extraction.
Coordinated replacement plan
If the tooth is important (not a wisdom tooth), we plan the replacement from the start — implant, bridge or denture.
Clear recovery plan
We give you a written protocol: what to do the first 24h, what to avoid, when to worry. No surprises.

Frequently asked questions
Do I really need to have the tooth removed?+
Depends on the case. We give you the complete diagnosis and alternatives — root canal, major restoration, extraction. You decide with clear information.
Does the extraction hurt?+
With modern local anesthesia, it shouldn't hurt during. Post-op is managed with standard medication and proper protocols.
How long is recovery?+
For simple extractions, most feel well in 2–3 days. For wisdom teeth or complex cases, 4–7 days. We give detailed guidance.
Do I need to replace the extracted tooth?+
If it's a visible/functional molar or premolar, yes — to maintain bite, bone and aesthetics. We help you plan (implant, bridge). Wisdom teeth usually don't need replacement.
How much does it cost?+
A simple extraction is affordable. Complex cases (impacted molars, sedation) cost more. We give a clear quote after evaluation.
Start with an honest diagnosis
Before extracting, we check if there's another option. If extraction is right, we give you a complete plan — including the next step.
